I am so happy to introduce my new pattern, the Kori Bralette. It’s a little embarassing to admit that I’ve been wearing the same cotton sports bras for about a decade. Yes, as a lingerie designer I know that’s terrible! They had lost elasticity and there were many holes in the fabric. Finally I gave up and tossed them out. While I have made myself multiple Maritza Sports Bras, some days I just wanted a simple cotton bralette. So of course I had to design a pattern to fulfill my need.

Kori can be made in a range of medium weight stretch knits including cotton/spandex jersey, bamboo/spandex jersey, athletic knits, and scuba.

There are three neckline options, a high scoop, low scoop and v-neck. Back options include scoop and racer back, both with optional hook and eye closure.

The wide self straps are lined with a stable fabric to add support. The wide elastic band can be left exposed or enclosed in a casing.

Have fun with stripes or color-blocking; Kori is a great way to use up knit fabric scraps.
