How do I download my pattern purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email receipt with download links to your pattern files (shown in the screenshot below, outlined in red).  You will also receive an email to set a password.  Once you set a password, you can log in and view your past purchases and download pattern files.

I purchased a pattern prior to May 2024 and the download links don’t work.

I had to rebuild my website from scratch in May 2024, so the download links prior to that date will not work anymore.  Please contact me with your name and order number, and I will email the pattern files to you.

I made a purchase and didn’t receive an email receipt.

Please check your spam folder.  If it isn’t there, contact me, and I will resend the receipt details and a password reset.
