While mass-produced “t-shirt bras” have heat molded cups that are impossible to recreate at home, it is possible to create a cut-and-sew foam cup with a seamless cover that utilizes darts or gathers at the bottom of the cup. Similar to the Delvine Bralette with gathers hack, this method utilizes pleats to create a smooth cover with no seams and a rolled neckline edge. In this video I use the Annika Wireless Bra pattern.
